A bright, self-contained Holiday cottage in the heart of a peaceful Sauvian neighborhood, ideal for enjoying a sunny break between nearby beaches, Biterrois heritage and relaxation in a large private garden.

You'll be staying in Sauvian, a pleasant village that blends history with a gentle way of life. The church of Saint Corneille and Saint Cyprien, with its ancient necropolis in the basement, is a reminder of the village's medieval roots. Béziers is just a few minutes away, with its famous Fonséranes locks and the Canal du Midi. For a change of pace, the beaches of Valras and Sérignan are within easy reach for a breath of sea air, while the Oppidum d'Ensérune offers a view of a Remarkable site steeped in history.

Maison Louisiane, a fully independent house, is located in a quiet housing estate and offers comfortable accommodation for up to four people on the first floor.

The living area combines lounge and dining room in a convivial atmosphere, with a pleasant trompe l'oeil mural adding a decorative touch to the room. The fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, microwave, Tassimo coffee maker) makes meal preparation a breeze. The bathroom includes a shower, washbasin and mirror, and a separate toilet completes this floor.

1 bedroom with two beds 90x190

On the first floor, you'll find a private garage and a laundry room equipped with a washing machine, a practical asset for longer stays.

Outside, an 800 m2 plot of land offers plenty of space for relaxation. The 18 m2 terrace, complete with garden furniture and barbecue, is ideal for enjoying the climate of the Hérault region, and for organizing outdoor meals.

The owner will be delighted to welcome you and share his tips for discovering Sauvian and the surrounding area. A supplement for cleaning will be charged at the time of booking.
