L'ORELA

Nestled within the Haut-Languedoc Regional Nature Park, in the heart of the Saint-Chinian vineyard, welcome to L'Orela, a holiday cottage built of local stone in the village of Berlou.

The 70-square-meter holiday cottage features a living area with a fully equipped kitchenette, a dining room, and a living room with a TV and a fireplace with an insert (firewood available for an additional fee), with access to a sloped-ceiling loft. ¶

There are two bedrooms opening onto the terrace (one with a 160x200 cm bed, the other with two beds 90x190 cm), each with its own bathroom and toilet.
Bed linen is provided and the beds are made.
Bathroom linen and bath linens are not provided, nor is household linens.¶

Utility room adjoining the holiday cottage with sink, washing machine, and refrigerator with freezer compartment.¶

Enjoy a 40m² terrace with patio furniture and a barbecue, a pétanque court, and a secure 4x6 m private Piscine open from early May to late September, set within an unfenced 1,000m² property. ¶

Wi-Fi access, reversible air conditioning, on-site parking reserved for holiday cottage guests with a dedicated charging station for electric vehicles¶

Sheets for all beds and end-of-stay cleaning are included in the rental.¶
Household linens are not provided, nor are bath and toilet linens.¶
For winter rentals, electricity is billed based on actual consumption (meter readings/Tempo contract).¶
Firewood is available at an additional cost of €80 per cubic meter.

TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: Orb Gorges, Roquebrun (Mediterranean garden), Fontcaude Abbey, Berlou Vineyards, Tarassac and Roquebrun canoe and kayak centers, Haut-Languedoc Regional Park (Héric Gorges, Caroux Massif). Numerous marked hiking trails starting from Berlou.
