L'ORELA

In the heart of the Parc Naturel du Haut-Languedoc and the Saint-Chinianais vineyards, welcome to the L'Orela gîte, a local stone building in the village of Berlou.

The 70m² Holiday cottage comprises a living room with fully-equipped kitchenette, dining room and sitting room with TV and fireplace (firewood available at extra cost), with access to an attic mezzanine. ¶

You'll find two bedrooms opening onto the terrace (one with 1 bed 160X200, the second with 2 beds 90X190), each with its own shower room with WC. ¶

Adjoining storeroom with sink, washing machine and fridge-freezer compartment.¶

Enjoy a 40m² terrace with garden furniture and barbecue, a petanque court, and an adjoining 4x6m secure private swimming pool open from early May to late September, set in 1000m² of unenclosed grounds. ¶

Sheets provided for all beds and end-of-stay cleaning included in rental price.¶

For winter rentals, electricity is billed according to actual consumption (meter reading/tempo contract).¶
