Located on the first floor of a Semi-detached house belonging to the owners, this 70 m² accommodation offers:
- A bright living room with open kitchen and sitting area (TV),
- One bedroom with double bed (140x190) + 1 single bed (80x190)
- A bedroom with a single bed (120x190), accessible from the other bedroom (ideal for a child or family member)
- Bathroom with WC

Outside :
- A small 8 m² private courtyard
- 250 m² shared garden with trees, garden furniture and barbecue
- Private garage for easy parking

- Linen rental, optional end-of-stay cleaning
- Pets allowed (€20/week supplement payable on site)
