Close to the sea, the Etang de Thau and the Balaruc-les-Bains spa, the "L'olivier" gîte is located on a former winegrowing estate in the center of the village of Poussan.

Close to the Sea, Etang de Thau and the spa town of Balaruc les bains, the Holiday cottage "L'olivier" is located on a former winegrowing estate in the center of the village of Poussan.
Set in a vast courtyard (1,600 m²) and enclosed wooded garden (4,400 m²) shared with the other occupants of the estate and the owners' apartment (there are 3 other Holiday cottages), you'll stay in a 40 m² Holiday cottage on the 1st floor (not recommended for PRM) of an old farm building.
Separate entrance by outside staircase (not recommended for wheelchair users). Kitchen area in living room (1-person sofa), 1 bedroom (1 bed 140x190 cm), shower room/WC. Electric heating. Television, fans and washing machine in Holiday cottage. Shaded outdoor area with garden furniture close to Holiday cottage. Reserved parking space in enclosed courtyard.
A barbecue, ping-pong table and covered bicycle shed are available for Holiday cottage guests.
Baby bed and high chair available on request prior to arrival.

Two recharging points for electric cars available (recharging by slow flow), cost of consumption billed on an actual basis (current price per kWh), to be notified to the owner in advance.

TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: coastal beaches, Sète (port, jousting), Mèze and Bouzigues (villages on the banks of the Etang de Thau, oyster farming), Montpellier (Fabre museum, summer festivals), Pézenas (heritage, City of Molière), Cap d'Agde seaside resort, Béziers (the 9 locks, Canal du Midi), Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert and Gorges de l'Hérault, etc.




No excess capacity allowed.
In the event of cleaning not being carried out at the end of the stay, a fixed charge of 50€ will be deducted from the deposit.
