Near the sea, the Thau pond and the spa resort of Balaruc les bains, the cottage «L'olivier» is located in a former wine estate, in the center of the village of Poussan. In a large courtyard (1,600 m²) and a fenced garden (4,400 m²) shared with the other occupants of the estate and the owners' apartment (presence of 3 other gites), you will stay in a 40 m² gîte located on the 1st floor of an old farm building. Independent entrance by external staircase. Kitchen area in living room (sofa 1 person), 1 bedroom (1 bed 140x190 cm), bathroom/ WC. Electric heating. TV and washing machine in the cottage. Shaded outdoor area with garden furniture near the cottage. Reserved parking space in the enclosed courtyard. A barbecue, a ping-pong table and a covered shelter to park bicycles are available to the occupants of the cottages. Cot and high chair on request before arrival. TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: coastal beaches, Sète (port, jousts), Mèze and Bouzigues (villages on the edge of the Thau pond, oyster farming), Montpellier (Fabre museum, summer festivals), Pézenas (heritage, city of Molière), Cap d'Agde seaside resort, Béziers (the 9 locks, canal du midi), Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert and gorges de l'hérault, etc. No excess capacity allowed. In case of cleaning not done at the end of the stay, a fee of 50 € will be charged on the deposit. Your pet is welcome, in compliance with the welcome charter of the Gîtes de France. Only one pet accepted for a specific deposit of 50 €. Discount for stays of 3 weeks or more: Very low season: -25%, Low season: -20%; Medium season: -15%; High season: -10%.
