On the ground floor, you'll find the kitchen area, separated from the dining/living room by a bar. The living room is equipped with TV, DVD player, library, board games, etc.
A laundry room adjoining the kitchen is at your disposal, with washing machine and tumble dryer.
The hallway leads to a first double bedroom (1 double bed) with dressing room, a second bedroom (2 single beds), a shower room and separate wc.
In fine weather, enjoy the outdoor space with a terrace featuring garden furniture and barbecue, and a second terrace at the rear with deckchairs for sunbathing.
End-of-stay cleaning included. Towels not included.
Heating: 40 €uros/week and 20 €uros/2 days
TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: Béziers, the Unesco World Heritage Canal du Midi, the Abbey of Fontcaude, the chaos of Réals (canoe-kayak base), the Saint Chinianais vineyards, Roquebrun (Mediterranean garden), the Parc naturel du Haut Languedoc.

Myriam Très beau gîte, je recommande
Le gîte est très bien agencé, très clair et spacieux. Le jardin est très agréable et verdoyant, très agréable en période de grande chaleur. La propriétaire très sympathique, aidante et disponible tout en étant très discrète. Parfait pour un séjour avec les chiens. Nous sommes ravis et reviendrons. Merci Veronique

MAMBO Séjour plaisant
Lieu très agréable, avec calme et confort. Accueil parfait et propriétaire discrète. Dommage que la météo ne nous a pas permis de profiter de la terrasse, du salon de jardin et du barbecue. Malgré cela nous avons pu visiter une partie de la région.

L'Accueil à été très rapide un peu dommmage, le départ à été plus agréable mais propriétaire gentille tout de même
