In the heart of the Haut-Languedoc Regional Nature Park, between the Sea and the Mountains, enjoy a prime location: just minutes from the most beautiful villages of the Hérault such as Olargues, Vieussan, or Roquebrun, a 10-minute walk from the Gorges d’Héric, and just an hour from the Mediterranean and the Plateau des Lacs. From the holiday cottage, set out directly to explore the magnificent hiking trails of the Caroux, the Gorges d’Héric, or the Passa Païs greenway by bike. Rivers, natural pools, and swimming spots are right nearby, as is the spa town of Lamalou-les-Bains, just 15 minutes away.

The holiday cottage:
The entrance is via an outdoor staircase leading to the first floor.

On the first floor:
- Entryway
- Fully equipped separate kitchen: oven, microwave, gas stove, refrigerator, coffee makers (filter and Senseo), kettle, dishwasher, raclette machine, table, and chairs
- Cozy living room with dining table, TV area (sofa, armchairs), and office corner
- One bedroom with a double bed (140x190 cm) and private bathroom

On the 2nd floor:
- 2 bedrooms with double beds (140x190), storage, and air conditioning
- Bathroom with shower, sink, and washing machine
- A bedroom with a sloped ceiling, ideal as an extra bed for a child

Outdoors:
- Private terrace accessible from the living room, with a barbecue, table, and relaxation area
- Shared pool area with the owners (accessible from June to September)

- Baby equipment: Umbrella bed, high chair, baby bathtub
- Private parking in the cul-de-sac in front of the house
