The first floor features a convivial living area with a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen including dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer and hob, as well as a Senseo coffee maker. The dining area with table and chairs opens onto the living room with sofa and TV. On the first floor, the sleeping area comprises three comfortable bedrooms: One with two 90 x 190 beds, 15 m2 One with a 140 x 190 bed, 21 m2 One with a 140 x 190 bed, 12 m2 A bathroom with shower, washbasin and WC is also located on the first floor.
