Between Béziers and Pézenas, come and enjoy a pleasant village house with three terraces!

Welcome to this spacious and comfortable Holiday cottage:

On the second floor, a large living room of around 45 m², warm and friendly. It comprises :
- a welcoming dining area,
- a fully-equipped kitchen (filter coffee maker, functional equipment)
- a comfortable sitting area

This space opens directly onto a large, shaded terrace, ideal for outdoor meals. Equipped with a barbecue, it becomes the ideal place for summer evenings with family or friends.
A separate toilet completes this level.

Three bedrooms and two private terraces on the second floor:
- Bedroom 1: double bed (140x200), dressing room and direct access to a private terrace, perfect for relaxing in the sun.
- Bedroom 2: double bed (140x200) with access to its own private terrace, to enjoy a quiet coffee as soon as you wake up.
- Bedroom 3: two single beds (90x200), ideal for Kids or friends.
The last two bedrooms are adjoining.
A bathroom with WC (hairdryer available) completes the floor.

Practical and functional, the first floor has a garage that can safely accommodate two vehicles or motorcycles.

A complete cleaning kit is provided (vacuum cleaner, sponges, cleaning products, etc.).
An electricity surcharge may be requested on site, depending on consumption.

An ideal location for discovering the region: Pézenas, the city of art and history where Molière lived / Servian, a medieval village with its 12th-century fortified church and the Jardin Saint-Adrien / Villeneuvette, a former royal factory / the spectacular Cirque de Mourèze / Agde, the Phocaean city / Marseillan and the Etang de Thau / the magnificent Lake du Salagou / Béziers and its rich heritage.
