On the first floor, you'll have access to a spacious living/dining area, as well as a fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, oven, microwave, appliances...). Everything you need to prepare a delicious meal is on hand! This space opens onto a lovely terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers and barbecue.


There's also a bedroom on the first floor (160x190) and a shower room with WC.
Upstairs, you'll find 3 bright bedrooms, 2 with Sea views and access to the balcony (one with a 140x200 and 160x200 bed). The other has two single beds (80x200) that can be perfectly twinned (160cm bed).
And finally, a separate toilet and bathroom with bathtub are also on the first floor.


Easy parking is available alongside the house for 2 cars. You'll also have access to a garage where bicycles are available, and a laundry area with washing machine. Cool floor and WIFI.
Sheets and towels are optional:

    Très beau gîte

    Un gîte très bien situé, a quelques mètres de la mer qui plus est doté de toutes les commodités. Nous étions quatre dont deux personnes âgées de plus de 90 ans. La disposition du rez-de-chaussée (une chambre, une douche à l'italienne) nous a grandement facilité leur prise en charge ce qui a rendu notre séjour très agréable.

    Vancances aux toits de l'abricôtier

    Nous avons passé de très bonnes vacances aux toits de l'abricôtier. Les propriétaires bien sympatiques nous ont réservé un exellent accueil. La maison est très agréable à vivre, grande, bien décorée, très propre et confortable. Le séjour s'ouvre sur une terrasse arborisée où nous avons passé de très bonnes soirées en famille. Nous recommandons cet hébergement.

    Une vrai maison de vacances

    Une vrai maison de vacances.
    De l'espace pour chacun.
    Des vélos pour se promener, du calme, du matériel de plage ( pour petits et grands) afin que tot le monde profite.
    Une disponibilité et un super accueil de la part des propriétaires.
    Du ling de de lit et des serviettes de très bonne qualité - bonne literie et oreillers.
    Un accès à la plage idéal - le bruit de la mer, une maison très agréable à vivre, pas trop chaud.

    Maison très fonctionnelle - endroit calme

    Maison très fonctionnelle, propre. Les propriétaires sont à l'écoute et là pour vous rendre service. La maison se trouve à environ 250 m de la place, l'endroit est calme, paisible. Nous reviendrons surement !

    Maison très bien équipée et super emplacement !

    Très belle maison vraiment bien équipée pour passer un très bon séjour entre amis ou en famille.
    Tous les accessoires pour la plage sont mis à disposition. La terrasse est très bien avec la grande table adaptée pour 8 personnes. La cuisine a tout le nécessaire pour préparer de bons repas. La plage est juste à côté. Notre séjour était vraiment parfait. Merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil chaleureux.
