Exceptional views over the Montoulieu Valley, covered terrace and shared Piscine in a natural setting. 45 km north of Montpellier, you'll enjoy a peaceful setting and an unobstructed view of the Montoulieu Valley.

This part of the Hérault region is renowned for its varied landscapes and outstanding natural sites: limestone reliefs, gorges, medieval villages and large forest areas offer a wealth of opportunities to discover the region from a variety of angles.
Nearby, the Grotte des Demoiselles offers a spectacular underground trail, while Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert, listed as one of France's most beautiful villages, is a delight for its rich heritage. Further afield, Mont Aigoual and l'Espérou offer a viewpoint over the Cévennes. The Buèges valley is an ideal place for Hiking or swimming. Sports enthusiasts will find plenty to keep them busy, from canoeing to Hiking and hang-gliding.

This 50 m² semi-detached Holiday cottage features a simple, functional living room with a fully-equipped kitchen area, sofa and two armchairs, and television.
The sleeping area comprises two bedrooms:
- Bedroom 1: one 140 x 190 cm bed
- Bedroom 2: two 90 x 190 cm beds
The bathroom has a washbasin and shower, and the toilet is separate.

Outside, you'll enjoy the unfenced grounds and a 20 m² covered terrace with deckchairs, garden furniture and barbecue.
Down below, a communal swimming pool shared with the Aire Naturelle de Campsites is a real asset for cooling off after a day's exploring.

Bed linen and towels are not provided.
Electricity is charged according to the meter reading at the current rate.
Electric heating and a fireplace make for a comfortable stay whatever the season. A basket of logs is provided on arrival, and an additional half-steel of wood is available for €25.
WIFI is also available.

This accommodation offers an ideal base for exploring Montoulieu and the whole of the Gorges de l'Hérault region.
