Located in Sauvian, a charming village on the Hérault coast, this family-run Holiday cottage welcomes you to a peaceful setting, just a few kilometers from the beaches of Valras, the port of Cap d'Agde and the historic center of Béziers. You're in the heart of the micro-region of the 9 Fonseranes Locks and the UNESCO World Heritage Canal du Midi, ideal for cycling and boat trips. The local Markets, wineries and summer festivities will set the pace for your stay.
This detached Bungalow, with its traditional ambiance, can accommodate up to 6 people. It comprises a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen (hob, fridge, dishwasher, freezer, filter coffee maker, etc.), a dining area and a living room with sofa and TV. The night area comprises three bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: double bed 160x200, bathroom with shower, private WC, 17 m².
Bedroom 2: double bed 160x200, 14 m².
Bedroom 3: two single beds 90x190, 8.1 m².

An additional bathroom with washbasin and WC is also available.
Outside, you'll enjoy a private, enclosed garden with summer kitchen (gas stove, fridge, barbecue), covered terrace, deckchairs, outdoor toilet and pétanque court. The private swimming pool (3.5 x 7.6 m, 1.4 m deep) is secured by a roller shutter and open from June to September. Parking is available directly on the property. The Holiday cottage is air-conditioned for your comfort.
This Holiday cottage is ideal for family vacations, between Sea and heritage, in a peaceful, well-equipped setting.

An electricity charge of 2kw/day/person is included in the price. Any excess will be billed at the current rate.
