The Holiday cottage is located in an old winegrower's house, which now includes the owners' house and two Holiday cottages, as well as a beautiful reception room.
Mathilde will welcome you for a stay with your family, as a couple, with friends or for a special event.
Ideally located, enjoy the beaches of Valras and Gruissan. The Canal du Midi awaits you for beautiful bike rides. For nature lovers, the Haut-Languedoc regional nature park, around 40 kilometers away, offers mountainous landscapes ideal for Hiking. And of course, don't forget to visit Lespignan's wine cellars and estates for wine tasting.
The Holiday cottage is composed as follows:
- A 31 m2 living room with fully-equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, hob), comfortable sofa and TV.
- A bathroom with Italian shower and double washbasin
- A 1st bedroom of 15 m2 with a 160*200 bed and storage space.
- A 2nd bedroom of 15m2 with a 180*200 bed, storage space
- Laundry room with washing machine and dryer
- Separate WC
- 21m2 private terrace with barbecue and furniture
- Piscine shared with 2nd Holiday cottage (3.5*7), sun loungers.
Private parking space
Pets allowed on condition and on request to the owners.
1 extra bed is available in the living room on request.

Muccis Conveniently located, lacking some basics
While you need to drive through an industrial zone to reach this place, the location of this Gites is wonderful, with never-ending views of vineyards right in front of you, the mountains in the distance, and countryside silence with only the sound of birds.
The place itself is beautifully renovated and comfortable on the whole, with two good-sized bedrooms, a small toilet and separate shower room. It is somewhat inconsistent in what is available on site - e.g. tabs are provided for the washing machine but not the dishwasher, there is no large pot but then there is a pie tray! Somewhat disturbing to us was the see-through door leading to the terrace from the kitchen, which terrace can seemingly be accessed by another property on the other side.
Easy access to a large supermarket 10m away. NOTE - you will need to enter a private road marked as "farmer's access only" to reach the site (this was not communicated to us in advance by the owner).- Cleanliness

Flexibilité : Bien que nous privilégions les séjours plus longs, j'ai été ravi de vous ouvrir exceptionnellement le gîte pour seulement 2 nuits
Quelques précisions :
Intimité : L'accès à la terrasse est toujours condamné lors des locations pour garantir votre tranquillité.
Accès : Le panneau "accès agriculteurs" (le chemin le plus court) sera bientôt remplacé par "Sauf Riverains".
Proximité : Le supermarché se trouve à seulement 2 minutes de voiture.
Équipements : Nous fournissons toujours un minimum de produits d'entretien et la cuisine dispose de plusieurs casseroles de tailles différentes mais nous complèterons la batterie de cuisine comme vous nous le suggérez !
