While you're there, take advantage of the many activities on offer at the Grand Site du Lake du Salagou: Hiking by the lake, mountain biking on nearby trails, water sports on the lake (canoeing, pedal boating, paddle, catamaran, etc.)... And don't miss a visit to the famous cirque de Mourèze, an Unusual natural site where you can hike along trails lined with surprisingly shaped limestone rocks, a real adventure playground for nature lovers. You can also visit the Hérault's must-see cultural and heritage sites, such as Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert.
The Holiday cottage includes :
- A sitting area with TV and sofa, and a dining area (with wood-burning stove);
- A well-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, coffeemaker, kettle and all you need for your stay;
- A double bedroom with a 160x200 cm bed;
- A bathroom with shower, WC, washbasin with mirror, washing machine and tumble dryer;
- A storeroom with a freezer;
- A beautiful outdoor space with a garden of over 200m², a swimming pool (shared with your host's second Holiday cottage) open from June to September, a barbecue, garden furniture and a superb view of Lake Salagou;
You can also park privately outside the Holiday cottage and store your bikes and motorcycles in the Holiday cottage garage (on request).

Carine un séjour ressourçant au lac de Salagou
Un séjour fort agréable dans ce gîte où l'on ne manque de rien. Tout est penser pour le confort et la détente. Le lieu est calme et la vue magnifique. Ce fut une belle découverte pour nous !

Pedi Ein Kleinod im Herault
Die Ferienwohnung ist ein echtes Kleinod. Sie ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen Urlaubsaufenthalt benötigt, und bietet für zwei Personen komfortablen Platz. Die Wohnung hat eine Terrasse mit einem grandiosen Blick über den Lac du Salagou. Hier kann man lesend und träumend den ganzen Tag verbringen, allerdings bieten die Bäume und der Sonnenschirm nur eine eingeschränkten Schutz vor der Sonne. wir waren im Juni dort und es wurde schon ganz schön heiß. Die wohnung verfügt über eien Klimaanlage.
Zum Stausee führt ein Weg durch das Weinbaugebiet hinunter, es braucht so eine gute Viertelstunde bis man am Wasser ist. Ein Pool steht aber auf dem Gelände zur Verfügung.
Die Lage ist sehr ruhig. Das Zirpen der Grillen, dass Summen der Insekten und Vogelstimmen bestimmen die Hintergrundgeräusche. Allerdings gehen die Weinbauern gern morgens und abends mit Traktoren in ihre Weinberge.
Versorgen muss/kann man sich in Clermont l'Herault, eine Viertelstunde Autofahrt entfernt.
Die Vermieter wohnen direkt nebenan. Wir haben zwar Wand an Wand gewohnt, aber nur bei der An- und Abreise Kontakt zu ihnen gehabt.
Eine volle Empfehlung für alle, die Ruhe in der Natur suchen, aber auch komfortabel wohnen möchten.- Cleanliness
