Just a short walk away, you can enjoy water sports and beautiful hiking trails around Mount Liausson. Nearby, the Mourèze Cirque with its spectacular terrain and Villeneuvette, a former royal factory, offer a variety of things to discover. If you’re looking to expand your excursions, don’t miss Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert and the Devil’s Bridge, considered must-sees, or Montpellier and Sète, both just a half-hour away. Set on a property that includes the owners’ residence and another holiday cottage, this detached timber-frame house spans two levels and offers a comfortable, well-designed living space.
On the ground floor, you’ll find:
- a bright living area with an open kitchen, dining room, and living room, featuring a wood-burning stove, as well as a laundry room equipped with a washer, dryer, and freezer.
- A bedroom with two 90x200 cm beds that can be converted into one 180 cm bed
- A full bathroom with a toilet completes this level.

Upstairs, you’ll find a second sleeping area comprising:
- A bedroom with two beds 90x190 cm that can be converted into one 180 cm bed, with access to the terrace
- A toilet

Outside, you’ll enjoy a private, tree-lined yard of 140 m² and a 17 m² wooden deck with an outdoor kitchen, patio furniture, and a barbecue.
The 130 m² shared Piscine, open from June through late September, rounds out the amenities, as does the on-site parking.
The holiday cottage is equipped with fiber-optic Wi-Fi; beds are made on arrival, bathroom linen is provided, and a cleaning service at the end of your stay is available.
