This family room comprises a first bedroom with 1 bed 140x190, air-conditioning and TV opening onto a small terrace with unobstructed views of the gardiole massif; a second bedroom with 1 bed 140x190, air-conditioning and TV; and a shower room shared by both bedrooms. WIFI access. Breakfast service on the first floor of the villa, in the living room or on the veranda overlooking the garden. Enclosed grounds of 500m² shared with the owners and a gîte, offering several facilities: sunbathing, table tennis, therapeutic spa (Spa: €10 per session per person, 1 session free for stays of 3 nights or more).
TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: Sète (fishing and trading port, birthplace of G.Brassens & P.Valéry), Bassin de Thau, Bouzigues (oyster farming), Mèze (lagoon plant), Frontignan (Muscat wine), beaches.

3/5Nous pensions avoir loué 2 chambres communicantes, mais à l'arrivée nous n'avons eu
qu'une chambre de 13 m2, donnant heureusement sur une petite terrasse!!!
C'est le première fois que nous avons été déçues par Gîtes de France !!
A notre avis les chambres d'hôtes de la villa maimonia ne méritent pas les 3 épis !
Heureusement les petits déjeuners étaient bons et variés et l'accueil agréable!- Cleanliness 4/5

4/5La maison est bien situé pour rayonner autour de l'étang de Thau mais malheureusement le mauvais temps ne nous a pas permis d'en profiter pleinement. Nous avons apprécié l'accueil de Delphine et Patrice et leurs conseils.
