Located between the Minervois and the Canal du Midi, enjoy a spacious and bright apartment for 4 people—ideal for exploring the Cathar villages, renowned Vineyards, and unspoiled landscapes of the Haut-Languedoc. Located at the entrance to the village of Aigues-Vives, this village house overlooks the surrounding Countryside.

On the first floor, you’ll find the living area, which consists of a large living room that opens onto the fully equipped kitchen (gas stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, electric kettle, etc.).

The entryway also leads to the bathroom with a shower and washing machine, a separate toilet, and two bedrooms, each with a 140x190 double bed. At the end of the hallway, there is a room available for storing your luggage.

Both the living room and the bedrooms open onto a bright sunroom where you can enjoy sunny days. Thanks to the double-glazed windows, you’ll enjoy peace and quiet, free from outside noise.

Parking is available in front of the house, along the road.

The village has all amenities (grocery store, bakery, wine cooperative, 2 Restaurants).

Bathroom linen is provided.
End-of-stay cleaning and bed linen are optional.
