This 65m2 Holiday cottage features a spacious living room with a fully-equipped open kitchen (electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffeemaker, washing machine). The two double bedrooms can be configured as you wish: one double bed 180x190cm or two single beds 90x190cm. The bathroom has been refurbished to make room for a large walk-in shower.
The entire Holiday cottage is equipped with reversible air conditioning, TV and internet access.
The main beauty of this Holiday cottage lies in its exterior. You'll be free to enjoy a garden of almost 500m2, with different areas for eating, barbecuing or relaxing.
The swimming pool, shared with the owners, is heated from May to October on request. You'll be able to swim in all circumstances. On sunny days, garden furniture and deckchairs are available to soak up the sun while admiring the view of the surrounding mountains.
The Holiday cottage is located next to the owners' house, who share the grounds.
Although located in a very quiet village, you'll find a grocery store selling local produce just 30 meters away.
Marc and Corinne also offer electric mountain bike hire directly on site for exploring the surrounding area.
The owners have a dog (Sianouk, a 3 1/2-year-old Cavalier King Charles, adorable and affectionate) who roams the grounds.
TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: Lake Salagou, Lodève (cathedral and museum), Prieuré de Grandmont, Cirque de Mourèze, Villeneuvette (former royal factory), Saint Guilhem le Désert, Caves of Clamouse, Cirque de Navacelles, Pézenas, etc.

Sophie Séjour parfait
Ça fait la seconde fois que nous louons le gite les Courtines et c'est toujours un plaisir de revenir dans un endroit si agréable avec des propriétaires charmants qui n'hésitent pas à nous donner des bons conseils pour des lieux à visiter ou des fêtes locales à découvrir. Mimi Les bretons dans l'Hérault
Séjour très agréable dans ce joli village des Salces. Propriétaires sympathiques et accueillants. Très beau gîte bien équipé dans la verdure. Petite épicerie charmante en face du gîte. Belles promenades dans les genêts en fleurs.

Fanny Excellent séjour à Saint Privat
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Saint Privat. Accueil chaleureux et bons conseils de randonnées et visites donnés par Marc. Le gîte est agréable et confortable. Très bien équipé. Nos ados ont bien apprécié le wifi et la chambre. Séjour en avril la piscine faisait envie mais c'est trop tôt dans la saison.
Épicerie avec pain et viennoiseries dans le village très pratique. Météo pluvieuse mais il y a tellement à faire sur le secteur. Nous reviendrons.- Cleanliness

Marion07 Un vrai bonheur
Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans ce petit nid chaleureux et décoré avec goût. Tout est bien équipé et aménagé avec soin. L'accueil très chaleureux de Marc et de Corinne et nos échanges riches ont largement contribué à notre bien-être. La région offre beaucoup de belles découvertes particulièrement pour les amateurs de la nature et de la géologie. Nous n'avons pas pu tout découvrir et je peux très bien imaginer retourner dans ce petit havre de paix.
