All on one level, it features a fully-equipped kitchen opening onto a Cévennes-style living room with a lovely view of the swimming pool, living room with fireplace, HIFI, Home Cinema, WIFI... A very pleasant patio, with large picture windows opening onto nature, leads to the four bedrooms.

Each room offers a special, romantic ambience, with bedding (all Queen size + two 90cm beds) and linens to 4 to 5-star hotel standards. Bathroom, shower room, 2 toilets, laundry room.

2 hectares of enchanting gardens, in the style of Alice in Wonderland, boxwood, flower beds, dry-stone terraces, multiple universes, a belvedere in the shade of a secular oak, the scent of thyme and rosemary, the song of cicadas, everything here is an invitation to rest and daydream.
The 180° view over the Séranne and Cévennes mountains is omnipresent, and you can enjoy a drink while admiring the sumptuous sunsets, waiting to plunge into the mysteries of the Milky Way at night.
Beautiful Piscine (8X4) accessible from April to October (1.50 m deep, with 50cm wide beaches for Kids), fully fenced and alarmed, in a green setting, ping-pong table, barbecue...

The house is classified as a Natura 2000 site and ZNIEFF with numerous protected species. Numerous hiking and biking trails, with beautiful walks starting from the house. Swimming in the river.
