In the heart of the "Château de Stony" estate, located between the Mediterranean and the Gardiole Massif in Frontignan, we offer 3 Holiday cottages in a renovated building: La Maison Stony.

Lentisque is an eco-gîte in the heart of a vineyard, Le Domaine du Château de Stony, producer of organic wines between Sète and Montpellier, in the commune of Frontignan Lapeyrade.
Located in the ramonétage, the former residence of the steward, this Holiday cottage has been completely renovated with respect for the old building, using natural, healthy materials (wood, lime, bio-sourced insulation).

The 45 m2 duplex apartment comprises on the ground floor: 1 warm 21m² living room with fully-equipped kitchen, lounge and dining area, wc.
Upstairs: 1 bedroom of 19m2, with 2 beds (80x200 cm) that can be extended to 160cm, en-suite bathroom with shower and wc.

Outside: enjoy a small private terrace overlooking the estate courtyard and a barbecue shared by all 3 Holiday cottages.

For winter evenings: a high-performance wood stove and electric heating. 4kwh/day/pers are included in the rental price, any excess consumption must be paid on departure (current EDF rate) and firewood is provided.
There's no air-conditioning, but the Holiday cottage is very well insulated and has been designed from the outset to keep cool in summer. Fans are also available.

From the estate, you can walk or cycle along the garrigue paths. Holidaymakers with bicycles are welcome, as the refurbished "voie verte" is just 1.8km away. Certified "Accueil Vélo". It's also possible to rent bikes on site with a local service provider.
You'll also have the opportunity to discover the wine industry with a visit to the cellar and tasting of the different vintages if you wish.
You'll be close to the beaches of Frontignan (10 min by car), the beautiful City of Sète (6 km), the Etang de Thau, the Mediterranean Sea and the wild beaches of Les Aresquiers. As well as 1 km from the Massif de la Gardiole, 20 min from Montpellier and close to Villeneuve les Maguelone cathedral, Pézenas, Lake Salagou...
