A few kilometers away, the medieval village of Minerve, classified as one of France's Most Beautiful Villages, immerses you in Cathar history. Wine-lovers can stroll through the surrounding vineyards, while nature-lovers can enjoy the trails and swimming spots of the Parc Naturel du Haut-Languedoc.

This contemporary Holiday cottage can comfortably accommodate up to 4 people.
On the first floor, you'll find a bright 51m2 living room with two sofas and a coffee table, and a dining room with a round table. The living room opens onto an unoverlooked bay window, offering a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside.
The open-plan kitchen with its kitchen counter and high stools is fully equipped with hob, oven, fridge, minibar, dishwasher, microwave and Nespresso pod coffee maker.

Upstairs, two spacious bedrooms (18 m² each) await you, each with 180 cm adjustable beds (two 90x200 beds joined together) and its own bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet. The layout is ideal for a family stay or 2 couples of friends, with well-thought-out, functional spaces.

Outside, you'll enjoy a private garden not overlooked, furnished with a rectangular table, chairs and outdoor armchairs.
The living room opens onto an unoverlooked bay window, offering a beautiful view of the surrounding countryside. Parking is available directly on the property. The Holiday cottage is air-conditioned for all-season comfort.
