Situated on the edge of the village of Saturargues, a few kilometers from the beaches and only 2 kilometers from the freeway exit, close to all shops and restaurants, this pretty holiday cottage is ideally located.

This air-conditioned villa is ideal for vacations with friends or family. The first floor comprises a large living room of over 40m2, with a lounge area, a beautiful central fireplace and a dining area opening onto the fully-equipped kitchen. You'll find a dishwasher, oven, microwave, filter coffee maker and espresso machine, as well as all the kitchen essentials. The fridge and freezer are in the adjoining pantry.
In the first sleeping area you'll find a bedroom with a large double bed, a 2nd bedroom with a trundle bed and a spacious bathroom.
The third double bedroom is on the mezzanine, totally separated from the living room by a study area.

A large covered terrace with barbecue overlooks the Piscine.
The swimming pool is equipped with a fully removable cover. You can enjoy the warmth of the Piscine (3.5x6.5m) from May to October.
Thanks to the pleasant enclosed garden, young and old alike can enjoy the sunshine of the Hérault region.

For your convenience, the villa is equipped with a TV with DVD player and Wi-Fi connection. The living room is also equipped with reversible air conditioning.
Utilities, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are included. Beds made on arrival. Wood is not provided.
