The apartment is on the first floor, without elevator.

Take a walk on the famous Mont Saint-Clair to enjoy a unique view of Sète, the Étang de Thau, the sea and the surrounding area; stroll along the quays of the port, go to Les Halles to enjoy the local flavors or enjoy an evening concert at the Theater de la Sea, an open-air theater built in an old fort. And don't forget to take advantage of the beaches and entertainment in nearby cities such as Balaruc, Marseillan and Agde. Between the Mediterranean and the Etang de Thau, you'll have a vast choice of swimming, water sports and boat trips...
Pézenas is just a few minutes away, with its medieval streets and craft stores. For walking or cycling, you can take the Sète cycle path, which links Marseillan, Agde and Béziers along the Canal du Midi.

The air-conditioned Holiday cottage comprises:
- A beautiful living room with a sitting area with sofa and TV, a dining table, as well as a well-equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine... and all the cooking necessities for your stay;
- A first bedroom with a 140x190cm bed;
- A second bedroom, perfect for two Kids for example, with a 140x190cm bed;
- A bathroom with shower, washbasin with mirror, WC and washing machine.

Public parking lots are available in the vicinity of the Holiday cottage (free parking is also available ten minutes' walk from the Holiday cottage).
