Le Venizio

In City de Sète, a 10-minute walk from the Sète train station and five minutes from the Etang de Thau, come and stay in the charming Le Venizio apartment, a 2 to 3-person holiday cottage ideal for spending a few days on the Hérault coast! Located on the second floor with elevator of a very quiet residence, the Holiday cottage, which has individual wifi and air conditioning, opens onto a living room with a well-equipped kitchen (microwave, combined oven, fridge, dishwasher, traditional + espresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, ...) and a lounge with sofa bed and TV.

This living area opens onto a lovely balcony-terrace, perfect for enjoying the cool sea air and Hérault sunshine!

The gîte also has a double bedroom with a 140x190 cm double bed, bedside tables and lamps, and a cupboard where you'll find the apartment's washing machine. There is also a bathroom with bath and washbasin with mirror, and a separate toilet.
The owners also provide two bicycles free of charge.
Please note that the gîte does not have its own parking space, but you can park in the public parking lots five minutes' walk from the gîte.
Optional towels are available in packs of two (€7).

Tourist attractions :
The gîte's location means you can take advantage of all Sète's attractions on foot, including the Sète train station just ten minutes away. Be sure to visit Les Halles to sample the local flavors, stroll along the quays and perhaps admire the passing ships. Take a stroll up Mont Saint Clair and admire the breathtaking views over Sète, the Etang de Thau, the Mediterranean Sea and the surrounding area. Between the Mediterranean Sea and the Etang de Thau, you'll have a wide choice of swimming, water sports, boat trips and places to relax.

In terms of gastronomy, don't miss out on the famous Tielle Sétoise, Etang de Thau shellfish and, of course, local wines! For concert evenings, check out the program at the Théâtre de la Mer, a magnificent open-air theater built in a former fort, with a magical view over the sea.

You can also reach the beaches and entertainment of nearby seaside resorts such as Balaruc, Marseillan and Agde.
Just a few minutes away by car, you can reach Pézenas, the town of Molière, and stroll through its medieval streets, discovering numerous stores and boutiques.
