Le Puits

Close to the sea, the Etang de Thau and the spa town of Balaruc les bains, the gîte "Le puits" is located on a former winegrowing estate in the center of the village of Poussan.

Set in a vast courtyard (1,600 m²) and enclosed wooded garden (4,400 m²) shared with the other occupants of the estate and the owners' apartment (there are 3 other Holiday cottages), you'll be staying in an old winegrower's house with bedrooms and bathroom facilities upstairs (not recommended for disabled guests or the elderly).

Holiday cottage 56 m² including :

First floor: living room with 15 m2 kitchen opening onto a private terrace (18 m2), garden furniture.
First floor: 2 bedrooms of 13 m2 (2 Twin beds 90 x 190 cm), one bedroom of 7 m2 (1 bed 90 x 190 cm), shower room (1m2), separate WC.
Electric heating; television, fans and washing machine in Holiday cottage;
Reserved parking space in enclosed courtyard.
A barbecue, ping-pong table and covered bicycle shed are available for Holiday cottage guests.
Baby bed and high chair available on request prior to arrival.

Two recharging points for electric cars available (recharging by slow flow), cost of consumption billed on an actual basis (current price per kWh), to be notified to the owner in advance.


TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: coastal beaches, Sète (port, jousting), Mèze and Bouzigues (villages on the shores of Etang de Thau, oyster farming), Montpellier (Fabre museum, summer festivals), Pézenas (heritage, City of Molière), Cap d'Agde seaside resort, Béziers (the 9 locks, Canal du Midi), Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert and Gorges de l'Hérault, etc.



No excess capacity allowed.
A €50 charge will be deducted from the security deposit for any cleaning not carried out at the end of your stay.
Your pet is welcome, in compliance with the Gîtes de France® welcome charter. (At your disposal: ask for it at the reservation service).
Only 1 pet allowed, subject to a deposit of €50.
