This charming apartment is ideally located on the Sète waterfront.
Just steps from the Beach, shops, and Public transport, it’s the perfect place for a vacation on the “Unique Island.”
Located on the ground floor, it features a spacious living area of over 40m². It features a living area with a large sofa that converts into a double bed (140x190 cm), a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, and all necessary kitchenware), as well as a dining area with direct access to the balcony.
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (140x190 cm), a large closet, and an extra bed. The bathroom has everything you need: a large shower, an electric towel warmer, a washing machine, and plenty of storage space.

For your comfort, the holiday cottage is equipped with Wi-Fi and air conditioning.

Note: Bed linens and towels are not provided. Housekeeping is optional.

    Très agréable séjour à Sete. Excellent accueil. Appartement spacieux, lumineux, confortable. Nous avions tout à disposition pour le confort matériel ( vaisselle, electro ménager, produits d' entretien...).
    Environnement calme et sympathique, espace vert à proximité...
    Nous avons été enchantés par notre hôtesse d' accueil, chaleureuse et d' une grande gentillesse, qui nous a donné toutes les informations et astuces pour les transports en commun @
    Un régal !

    Appartement spacieux, bien équipé, dans un quartier tranquille
    Literie confortable, des placards pour ranger
    Salle de bains grande et moderne
    Accueil sympathique , avec en plus des tuyaux pour rejoindre rapidement le centre ville en bus.

    Très bon séjour à Sète au Mistral. L'appartement est grand, il y a tout le nécessaire pour cuisiner + les basiques pour se faire à manger ce qui est assez rare dans les logements en général. C'est très agréable !
