In the heart of an enclosed garden, enjoy the playground facilities for Kids and a spacious terrace. An electric plancha and a wood-fired barbecue are at your disposal. The driveway at the entrance to the garden can accommodate several vehicles. Ancillary equipment such as tumble dryer and washing machine are located in a small building within the garden.

The living area offers plenty of space and a warm, comfortable atmosphere, with a fully equipped kitchen including oven, microwave, dishwasher, pod coffee maker, toaster and blender.

The first bedroom features a double bed (160x200) with a large closet. The second bedroom also has a spacious built-in closet, with a quality sofa bed and comfortable mattress. Electricity/heating not included.

The City of Mireval is ideally located for those wishing to enjoy the Mediterranean coastline. The beaches and the Sea are easily accessible thanks to the cycle paths that run along the coast. Take the opportunity to visit Maguelone's Saint-Pierre-et-Saint-Paul cathedral (a must for all history and architecture buffs), and discover the City of Montpellier (also accessible by public transport) with its museums and shops. Stroll along Mont Saint-Clair in Sète and relax on the sunny beaches of the seaside resort of Palavas-les-Flots.
