Welcome to this spacious, air-conditioned 95 m² Holiday cottage, designed to offer comfort, calm and serenity to its guests. Perfect for vacations with family or friends, this warm and welcoming place combines elegance, functionality and conviviality.
A comfortable, well-decorated interior:
First floor :
Enjoy a bright, modern living space comprising:
- A living room with leather sofa, television, dressing room,
- A fully equipped kitchen: crockery, fridge, combi oven, dishwasher, ceramic hob, extractor fan, coffee machine (filter and Nespresso), toaster, kettle, and all necessary utensils,
- Bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin, storage space, washing machine and hairdryer.
- Separate WC.
First floor:
Three bedrooms carefully decorated and equipped for optimal rest:
- One bedroom with double bed (140x190), dressing room, desk and sitting area.
- One bedroom with double bed (140x190) and dressing room.
- One bedroom with two single beds (90x190) and dressing room.
Bathroom with shower cubicle, washbasin, toilet, electric towel rail and hairdryer.
A relaxing exterior:
- Furnished terrace with parasol
- Jacuzzi available from July 8 to August 31 (at no extra charge).

Cochet Propriétaire à l'écoute, gourmandises à l'arrivée dans le gîte ( tomates excellentes). Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans ce mas climatisé et nous avons profité du jacuzzi le soir pour se relaxer. Merci encore.

Pfister Une semaine de vacances passée dans cette superbe maison. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Madame Bernad, qui a été très arrangeante concernant notre heure d'arrivée.
La maison est bien équipée, le linge était impeccable. La maison entière était adaptée à nos deux enfants en bas âges. Nous avons tellement apprécié notre séjour que nous pensons revenir l'année prochaine !!

GOSSE En vacances à trois générations nous avons apprécié cette belle maison, avec de belles chambres et deux salles de bain. Les extérieurs sont également très bien aménagé, nous avons aimé pouvoir profiter du jacuzzi et du terrain de pétanque.
