Welcome to this spacious, air-conditioned 95 m² Holiday cottage, designed to offer comfort, calm and serenity to its guests. Perfect for vacations with family or friends, this warm and welcoming place combines elegance, functionality and conviviality.
A comfortable, well-decorated interior:
First floor :
Enjoy a bright, modern living space comprising:
- A living room with leather sofa, television, dressing room,
- A fully equipped kitchen: crockery, fridge, combi oven, dishwasher, ceramic hob, extractor fan, coffee machine (filter and Nespresso), toaster, kettle, and all necessary utensils,
- Bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin, storage space, washing machine and hairdryer.
- Separate WC.
First floor:
Three bedrooms carefully decorated and equipped for optimal rest:
- One bedroom with double bed (140x190), dressing room, desk and sitting area.
- One bedroom with double bed (140x190) and dressing room.
- One bedroom with two single beds (90x190) and dressing room.
Bathroom with shower cubicle, washbasin, toilet, electric towel rail and hairdryer.
A relaxing exterior:
- Furnished terrace with parasol
- Jacuzzi available from July 8 to August 31 (at no extra charge).
- Relaxation area with garden furniture, petanque court, traditional barbecue and deckchairs.

Lucie et Guillaume Superbes vacances
Nous avons passé 15 jours au Mas Sainte-Agathe. Super accueil de Nathalie qui est de très bon conseil pour les idées visites et disponible en cas de besoin. Le gîte est super, tout confort et très propre. On se sent comme chez soi. Les extérieurs sont magnifiques.
Pleins de petits produits régionaux nous attendaient sur la table avec les tomates du jardin de Nathalie (delicieuses). L'apéro d'accueil : très bonne idée, nous avons beaucoup apprécié.
Bref tout était parfait !

Excellent séjour. La maison est parfaite Propriétaires adorables, serviables et discrets. on voit que cela est fait avec le cœur et l'envie de faire découvrir leur belle région. Petits cadeaux d accueils bien sympathiques et tomates maisons délicieuses. Encore merci pour votre précieuse aide lors de notre problème de voiture . Nous reviendrons c est certain.
