LE MARRONNIER

At the gateway to the Camargue, 35 minutes from Montpellier and 20 minutes from Aigues-Mortes, in the center of the village of Marsillargues, Le Marronnier is the ideal base for discovering the Hérault and Gard regions.

This Holiday cottage, adjoining the owner's house, sleeps 8 and is on the same level as the 1st floor. It is ideal for large families wishing to discover the region.

It comprises a kitchen, a living room with dining area and sitting area with TV, opening onto a private 20 m² terrace.

The hallway leads to four bedrooms (two double and two twin), two bathrooms and two WCs, one of which is separate.

The garden is shared with the owners.

A large public parking lot is available opposite the Holiday cottage.

Central heating included, end-of-stay cleaning and linen hire optional.

TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: Local festival in the last week of July (10 days) with bullfighting events in the village center. 16th and 17th-century castles, beaches (La Grande-Motte, Carnon...), Nîmes (Roman city, many remains), Camargue, Aigues-Mortes.
