LE MARRONNIER

At the gates of the Camargue, 35min from Montpellier and 20min from Aigues-Mortes, in the center of the village of Marsillargues, the Marronnier is the ideal base to discover the Hérault and the Gard. This cottage adjoining the owners' house, can accommodate 8 people and is arranged on one level on the 1st floor. It is ideal for large families wishing to discover the region. It consists of a kitchen, a living room with a dining area and lounge area with TV that opens onto a private terrace of 20 m². The corridor serves four bedrooms (two doubles and two with two single beds), two bathrooms and two toilets, one of which is separate. The garden, well planted, is common with the owners. A large public parking in front of the cottage is available. A place is however available in the owners garage for motorcycles or for a car. Central heating included, end of stay cleaning and optional linen rental. TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: Local festival last week of July (10 days) with bullfighting events in the center of the village. Castle of the sixteenth and seventeenth, the beaches (La Grande-Motte, Carnon...), Nîmes (Roman city, many vestiges), the Camargue, Aigues-Mortes.
