Le Manoir du Midi - La Beach

In the heart of the Manoir du Midi estate in Vias, a large wooded estate ideal for relaxing in the shade of the trees or in the estate swimming pool, come and stay in the gîte la Beach, a studio for two people entirely furnished and decorated with care to ensure you spend warm moments in calm and serenity.

Holiday cottage la Beach, adjacent to the three other Holiday cottages on the estate, is equipped with WiFi and air conditioning. This Holiday cottage, carefully decorated in light, Beach-themed tones, is a studio with a dining area and kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom with shower, toilet and mirrored washbasin. The living area features an attractive wooden dining table and a designer storage unit between this space and the sleeping area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a combined microwave oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, espresso machine and all kitchen utensils. The bedroom has a 160x200 cm double bed, a TV in the center of the studio and elegant storage units.
Le Manoir du Midi also has a shared laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer, available to owners on request.

Outside, the Holiday cottage has a shaded terrace with garden furniture and a plancha. There's also a large Piscine shared by all four Holiday cottages, where you can cool off in the Hérault sunshine! The estate also boasts a pétanque court for a game of boules, and a shaded relaxation area with tables and chairs just a stone's throw from the swimming pool. There's also a large shaded area with picnic tables, benches and deckchairs... cosy spaces in the heart of nature!

The estate, secured by a gate, has private parking spaces for the four Holiday cottages, and there's also space to store any bicycles.
Please note that a railroad track runs close to the Holiday cottage, which may cause a little noise when you're outside.

On the shores of the Mediterranean, visit Vias, a charming city typical of the Hérault region, with its colorful houses, picturesque streets full of history and warm atmosphere! Enjoy a delicious meal with Mediterranean flavors on the terrace of one of the City's many restaurants, or spend some relaxing time on the beach with a wide choice of activities: windsurfing, jet-skiing, kite surfing, stand-up-paddle... or simply lazing on the sandy beaches under the Hérault sun!

Discover the many festivities on offer in this seaside paradise, including Vias en Jazz, the Stella Maris and Sant Joan de la Mar festivals, and musical cruises on the Canal du Midi. The Canal du Midi, one of the region's true wonders, is just a stone's throw from the Holiday cottage, and you'll be able to spend pleasant moments on a barge or on the banks of the Canal during a hike in the shade of the trees.
Take a detour to one of the many vineyards in the region, and visit some superb cellars where you can taste quality Hérault wines. And if you're a lover of history and old stones, explore the medieval streets of Pézenas, some 20 km from the Manoir du Midi estate, and discover its charming craft stores, art galleries and lively cafés.
The Holiday cottage is also just a stone's throw (+-500m) from the Canal du Midi, famous for its Hiking and cycling trails... not to be missed during your stay at Le Manoir du Midi!
