Located in the heart of the Minervois region, the village of Agel offers an authentic atmosphere between vineyards and unspoilt countryside. Just a few kilometers away, discover Minerve, a medieval town listed as one of France's most beautiful villages, Saint-Chinian and its renowned wine cellars, or Bize-Minervois, a lively riverside village. Hiking, swimming in the river and visits to wineries punctuate your stay in this region rich in heritage and art de vivre. This complex comprises two independent accommodations, one above the other. On the first floor, the main Holiday cottage features an open-plan kitchen (oven, microwave, pod coffee maker), a convivial dining room, a living room with connected TV and table soccer, a shower room and separate WC. Upstairs, the sleeping area is divided into three bedrooms: - Bedroom 1: 1 bed 140x190 - Bedroom 2: 1 bed 140x190 - Bedroom 3: bunk beds 90x190 + 1 pull-out bed (possibility of two additional Kids, on request from the reservation center) The second Holiday cottage, on one level with 3 steps to access it, has been completely renovated in a modern, slightly vintage style. It comprises a pleasant living room with fully-equipped open kitchen (oven, microwave, induction hob, kettle, pod coffee maker), dining area and lounge with TV, armchair and convertible sofa that can accommodate an extra person on request. A separate toilet completes the layout. Sleeping area: - 1 bedroom with 1 bed (140x190) and en-suite shower room The exterior offers several complementary spaces. The enclosed, private garden, with barbecue and plancha, lets you make the most of fine weather. The private 8x4 m, 1.70 m-deep swimming pool, secured by an alarm, is open from May 1 to October 1. A shaded terrace on the street side, facing the castle ramparts, is equipped with a garden table and invites you to relax in peace and quiet. Private parking is available, and there's also a public parking lot at Place de la Cers, just a 1-minute walk away. Highlights: The Piscine, the varied outdoor facilities, the peaceful village setting and the immediate proximity of the Minervois region's most emblematic sites. Good to know : Bed linen not provided. Heating extra in winter. There is no air-conditioning, as the houses are naturally cool.
