Le Grand Pin welcomes you to the heart of Bouzigues, a stone's throw from the Etang de Thau, in a bright, comfortable house designed for stays with family or friends!

Bouzigues is an emblematic village in the Thau Basin, renowned for its oysters and authentic atmosphere. From the house, you can contemplate the lake and the relief of Mont Saint-Clair. The port, small beaches and typical restaurants are all within walking distance, as is the Etang de Thau Museum, which tells the story of the local shellfish industry. A boat trip or a guided tour of the parks plunges you into the heart of a unique know-how, while just a few kilometers away, Pézenas, Sète, Mèze or Balaruc-les-Bains offer heritage, colorful markets or a Wellbeing break. Montpellier is also close by for an urban getaway.

The modern house features a spacious living room with sofas, TV and wood-burning stove (wood not supplied), and a dining area with library corner. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine... A bathroom with shower, washbasin, mirror and toilet completes the house, and there are also two bedrooms on the first floor:

- Bedroom 1 (ground floor): 1 bed 160x200
- Bedroom 2 (ground floor): 2 beds 90x200
Upstairs, a third bedroom welcomes your loved ones with its Mezzanine bed.
- Bedroom 3 (Floor): 1 mezzanine bed 140x190

Outside, you'll enjoy a private garden with a pleasant terrace and garden furniture for longer summer evenings, as well as a barbecue. Public parking lots in the street or nearby lanes make parking easy.
