Located in Candillargues, the Holiday cottage des Arènes allows you to enjoy a peaceful stay while remaining close to the must-see sites of the Hérault region. From the Holiday cottage itself, you can access several hiking trails, ideal for exploring the Mediterranean landscape. The beaches are just a few minutes away, and Montpellier invites you to stroll between the Place de la Comédie, the Promenade du Peyrou and its lively streets. You'll also be well placed to discover two of the region's most emblematic sites: the Pic Saint Loup, much appreciated by hikers for its panoramic views, and the village of Saint Guilhem le Désert, listed as one of France's most beautiful villages, renowned for its abbey and remarkable footpaths.

The Holiday cottage, adjoining the owners' home, offers a simple, welcoming atmosphere, ideal for families, friends or couples. The Holiday cottage opens onto a separate kitchen, equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals: microwave, mini-oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, kettle and coffee machine. The living room, also on the first floor, offers a convivial space with TV, fixed sofa and convertible sofa BZ 140 x 190 cm. A bathroom with shower is also available, as is a separate toilet... There's also a bedroom with a 140 x 190 cm bed.

Outside, you'll have access to a small shared garden with garden furniture and barbecue, as well as a pleasant terrace for your meals or moments of relaxation. A shared outdoor swimming pool (8 x 4 m) is open from June 15 to September 15, Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 1:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Private parking is available on the property. Gas heating is available at an additional cost of 40 euros per week.
