The Holiday cottage is located in Siran, in the heart of the Minervois, an area renowned for its wine-growing landscapes and remarkable heritage. The location is ideal for exploring Minerve, one of France's most beautiful villages, and the World Heritage city of Carcassonne. The Jouarres Lake and the Black Mountain offer great opportunities for swimming, horse-riding, cycling and shady Hiking. The Sea and the Beaches are less than an hour's drive away. From cultural discoveries to outdoor activities, the area offers a varied holiday accessible to all.
The Holiday cottage is in the heart of a 1907 stone winegrower's house, renovated in a warm, contemporary style. The first floor features a living room with two sofas and a TV, a reading or "relaxation" area set in front of a superb stained-glass window, and a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen with dining table, to make your stay as easy as possible. It also includes a shower room with walk-in shower, a separate toilet and two comfortable bedrooms. A 10 m2 mezzanine completes the space, offering an extra place to rest or accommodate additional sleeping on request, practical for families or stays with friends.

The bedrooms are presented as follows:
- Bedroom 1: 1 bed 140x190, 11 m2
- Bedroom 2: 1 bed 160x200, 11 m2

Outside, you'll enjoy a private, enclosed garden and a covered, shaded terrace equipped with garden furniture, sun loungers and a plancha. Parking is easy in front of the Holiday cottage, on the communal road with a reserved space. Access to the Holiday cottage is autonomous and independent.

Eco-responsibility is an integral part of the gîte's operation, with waste sorting and composting. The central heating is regulated between 19 and 20 degrees and the air conditioning is set at 25 degrees. In the event of a request for a higher heating temperature or more intensive use of the air conditioning, an additional charge will be applied (fixed rate of €10/day).
