Located in Aigne, a typical circular village in the Minervois Caroux region, the Holiday cottage de Campan is ideally situated for discovering a region rich in character. You'll be close to Minerve, one of France's most beautiful villages, with its impressive Brian and Cesse gorges. For nature lovers, there are numerous hiking and cycling trails. Lake Jouarres, 20 minutes away, is ideal for swimming and water sports, while the Mediterranean beaches of the Narbonnais coastline can be reached in around 45 minutes. This Holiday cottage, attached to the owners' house, welcomes you in a gentle, soothing atmosphere, in a quiet, natural setting overlooking the vineyards. Completely renovated and tastefully decorated, it's ideal for families, couples or friends. On one level (with access by stairs), it features a convivial living room with TV and sofa bed, a dining room and a fully-equipped open kitchen (oven, microwave, airfryer, induction hob, fridge, Senseo coffee maker). A bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and washing machine completes the layout. The bedrooms are as follows: - Bedroom 1: 1 bed 160x200 - Bedroom 2: 2 beds 90x200 Outside, you'll enjoy a pleasant terrace shaded by a fig tree, ideal for outdoor meals. A shared 10x5m Piscine, secured by alarm, is open from May 1 to September 30, 10am to 7pm. A ping-pong table is also available.
