In the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional du Haut Languedoc, just outside the village of Courniou and surrounded by nature, come and recharge your batteries in this stone house adjoining the owners' residence, a former lime kiln in the heart of lush greenery.

On the first floor, you'll find a kitchen/dining/living area and a superb 7mx3.50m heated swimming pool (depth from 1.40m to 1.60m, usable from 03/31 to 04/11 if the outside temperature is above -10°c).

1st floor: access to a first double bedroom with 1 bed 160X200, then a second bedroom with two single beds 90X200, as well as a small bedroom with 1 bed for 1 person. Bathroom, wc.

Outside, enjoy the grounds adjoining the gîte, with garden furniture and barbecue.

Heating is included in the price (underfloor heating on first floor, electric heating on 1st floor).

Facilities : Washing machine, dishwasher, TV, baby equipment on request.
