Le clos Leuret - La maison

The pretty Clos de Leuret house, ideally located just 5km from the Beach and close to all amenities, is the perfect place for a vacation with family or friends. Set in a 1500m2 enclosed garden, you'll be free to enjoy the outdoor spaces, including a Piscine that's semi-open in summer, a lovely shaded and covered terrace, and an electric plancha. A private pétanque court is also available.

Semi-detached house 125m2 with fully equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine and all kitchen utensils.
In the living room: dining area and sitting area with flat-screen TV.
The Holiday cottage, which sleeps 7, has 3 bedrooms. There are two large double bedrooms and a triple bedroom with a double bed and a single bunk bed.
Bathroom with walk-in shower, large washbasin and plenty of storage space.

For added comfort, the house is equipped with air-conditioning, Wi-Fi connection, washing machine, hairdryer and iron.
Street parking is available close to the house, but you can also park inside.
End-of-stay cleaning is included in the rental price. Bed linen is available for hire.
A pétanque court is available.

NB: The Piscine is not accessible from October to May (5m X 11m, depth between 1 and 2m). It can be completely sheltered when not in use, for greater safety. (Piscine reserved for Holiday cottage guests only).

TOURIST ATTRACTIONS
The City of Mireval is ideally located for those wishing to enjoy the Mediterranean coastline. You can enjoy the beaches and the Sea, visit the Saint-Pierre-et-Saint-Paul de Maguelone cathedral (a must-see for all history and architecture buffs), cycle on the cycle paths along the coast or through the Villeneuve-les-Maguelones ponds to the Aresquiers Beach, and discover the "Mireval of the sea", the "Mireval of the sea" and the "Mireval of the sea".
