Le clos Leuret - La maison

The pretty Clos de Leuret house, ideally located just 5km from the beach and close to all amenities, will be the ideal place for a vacation with family or friends.

Set in a 1500m2 enclosed garden, you'll be free to enjoy the outdoor spaces, a semi-open swimming pool in summer and a lovely shaded and covered terrace, as well as the electric plancha.

The 125m2 semi-detached house has a fully equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine and all kitchen utensils.
The living room has a dining area and a sitting area with a flat-screen TV.
The gîte, which sleeps 7, has 3 bedrooms. There are two large double bedrooms and a triple bedroom with a double bed and a single bunk bed.
The bathroom has been completely refurbished with a walk-in shower, large washbasin and plenty of storage space.

For added comfort, the house is equipped with air-conditioning, WiFi connection, washing machine, hairdryer and iron.
Street parking is available close to the house, but you can also park inside.
End-of-stay cleaning is included in the rental price. Bed linen is available for hire.

NB: The swimming pool is not accessible from October to May (5m X 11m, depth between 1 and 2m). It can be completely sheltered when not in use, for greater safety. (Pool reserved for gîte guests only).



TOURIST ATTRACTIONS
The town of Mireval is ideally located for those wishing to enjoy the Mediterranean coastline. You can enjoy the beaches and the sea, visit the Saint-Pierre-et-Saint-Paul de Maguelone cathedral (a must for all history and architecture enthusiasts), cycle along the cycle paths that run along the coast or those that cross the Villeneuve-les-Maguelones ponds to the Aresquiers beach, discover the city of Montpellier (also accessible by public transport) with its museums and shops.
You can also easily visit Sète, Palavas-les-Flots, the Camargue and the Hérault hinterland.

For your information: The pool is in a permanent semi-open position in summer, and is equipped with a drowning detection system (no fence or cover). After swimming, the detector may take some time (approx. 15 min.) to set up, and the pool water may become smooth again, during which time there is no longer any security.
