This lovely air-conditioned studio, built in the traditional stone of southern France, is located in the charming village of Montpeyroux.

It has been tastefully decorated in a modern, comfortable style, with touches of rustic design and antique pieces to enhance the historic architecture of the place.

The air-conditioned studio has a sleeping area with a large, comfortable double bed, a living/dining area with a fully-equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, coffee machine, washing machine, etc.) for self-catering, and a bathroom with shower, toilet and heated towel rail. For your comfort, although the accommodation is cool even in summer, a Dyson fan is at your disposal.

The large windows offer an unobstructed view of the garden. You can relax in the shady corners and enjoy a private terrace. The large outdoor swimming pool, shared by the owner and another guest, is surrounded by sun loungers and parasols.

The area around Montpeyroux is famous for its Vineyards and quality wines. Visitors can explore local cellars to taste wines and learn more about the region's winemaking techniques. The surrounding mountains offer Hiking trails for all levels of difficulty. Hikers can discover panoramic views of the surrounding mountains and vineyards.Markets in Montpeyroux and surrounding villages offer a variety of local produce, including fresh fruit and vegetables, cheese, charcuterie, honey and aromatic herbs.

Near Montpeyroux, you can discover the Castellas (11th-century castle), Pic Saint Baudille, Saint Guilhem le Désert, the Clamouse caves, Villeneuvette, the Mourèze cirque and Saint Jean de Fos (pottery village).
