Just a few minutes away, Lake Salagou unfurls its red earth landscapes and waters ideal for water sports, swimming, walking and cycling. Nature lovers will appreciate the hiking trails leading to the Cirque de Mourèze, a remarkable geological site with spectacular rock formations. A little further afield, Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert, listed as one of France's most beautiful villages, beckons with its abbey and medieval streets. The dynamic, cultural city of Montpellier is around 35 km away, as are the beaches of the Mediterranean coast. The surrounding area is also ideal for trips to Pézenas and the Clamouse cave. Set out over three levels, this Holiday cottage offers a warm, traditional atmosphere, ideal for a stay with family or friends. On the first floor, you'll find a convivial living room with a sitting and dining area and a wooden table, as well as an open-plan kitchen equipped with a gas stove, microwave, small dishwasher, fridge with freezer and traditional coffee maker. On the second floor, the living room offers a relaxing area with sofa, TV and access to a small balcony. On the second floor, you'll find a terrace with garden furniture and a pleasant view of the village bell tower, ideal for summer mornings and evenings. The bedrooms are as follows: - Bedroom 1 on the 1st floor, with 2 single beds 90x200; - Bedroom 2 on the 2nd floor, with 1 bed 140x190. A secure garage is available for parking. Gas heating is available at an additional cost, depending on actual consumption.
