This Holiday cottage welcomes you to the heart of a former winegrowing estate, where three adjoining accommodations have been set up on the first floor of an old farm building. Each has its own entrance and is not overlooked.
This setting, typical of the Hérault countryside, is a pleasant starting point for discovering the region's varied landscapes. Here, you'll benefit from the proximity of the seaside resorts of Cap d'Agde and Valras, renowned for their family-friendly beaches, lively harbors and water sports activities. Further north, Pézenas boasts a carefully preserved heritage of town houses, narrow shopping streets and a rich Molière heritage. Béziers, for its part, boasts a historic center marked by the Cathedral of Saint Nazaire, and offers an interesting stop-off before strolling along the banks of the Canal du Midi, a World Heritage site and a true invitation to stroll. The area combines history, relaxation and discoveries accessible to all.

The 47 m2 Holiday cottage has been designed to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The living area features a bright living room with a fully-equipped kitchenette, making it easy to prepare meals. Sleeping accommodation is divided into two separate bedrooms to guarantee comfort for everyone:

bedroom 1: 160x200 bed with bolster and pillows
bedroom 2: two single beds, with the option of adding an extra bed for a third person.

The shower room and separate WC complete this ground-level space.

Electric heating, TV and WIFI ensure practical daily use throughout your stay.
Outside, the 35 m2 private terrace lets you take full advantage of the Mediterranean climate, with garden furniture and a barbecue.
