Surrounded by wooded hills and unspoiled landscapes, you’ll be staying near La Salvetat-sur-Agout, a resort renowned for its natural environment and peaceful setting. Lake Raviège, just a few minutes away, invites you to enjoy its supervised Beach and seasonal water sports. Hiking enthusiasts will appreciate the trails on the Somail Plateau or in the Espinouse Mountains, offering sweeping panoramic views of the Haut-Languedoc. This region, crossed by the Way of St. James, also charms visitors with its authenticity and local cuisine.

Located in a hamlet, this 124 m² detached house built of local stone, spread over two levels, offers comfortable and functional living spaces.
On the ground floor, you’ll find a kitchenette open to the dining room, a cozy living room with a TV, a half-bath, and a laundry room equipped with a washing machine, a freezer, and ironing and cleaning supplies.
The upper floor houses the sleeping areas and bathrooms:

Bedroom 1: 1 double bed
Bedroom 2: 2 single beds
Mezzanine: 1 double bed

A bathroom and a separate toilet complete this floor.
Outside, you can enjoy a terrace and a 100 m² garden with patio furniture and a barbecue, perfect for al fresco dining.
Parking is available on site.
Electric heating and a fireplace (with firewood provided) ensure your comfort year-round.
Depending on your needs, you can opt to rent bed linen and towels, as well as request a final cleaning service. Baby gear is also available.
