This large studio for 2 people with terrace and Piscine is located in Agde in a quiet area 15 minutes' walk from the historic center and all the shops. So you can enjoy all the attractions of this seaside city and its beaches!
Enjoy a tasty interlude on the Etang de Thau in Marseillan, with local oysters and wine!
Nearby, the Canal du Midi invites you to take a bike ride. Don't miss a stopover at the 9 Fonséranes locks south of Béziers. Head to Pezenas for the weekly Saturday morning Market, and stroll through the narrow streets to discover local crafts.


Your 44m2 Holiday cottage is attached to the owners' house. "The parts and Piscine are common to our small family but we respect the intimacy of our customers".

The Holiday cottage is composed as follows:
A large living room with:

- A sitting area: sofa, coffee table, TV (Netflix, wifi), dining table and a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker (capsule provided + tea, herbal tea), toaster, kettle and all the necessities for cooking.

- One bedroom opens onto the living room, but is separated by a wooden screen. The bed is 160*200cm. A French window overlooks the grounds.

- A bathroom with walk-in shower and double washbasin + WC + washing machine.

- An extra bed for 2 Kids in the living room is available on request, please contact the reservation department.


Outside :

- A private terrace with table, chairs and parasol, and a summer kitchen (barbecue and sink).

- Piscine (4,35*2m) shared with the owners. Piscine on raised terrace enclosed by wooden gate and barrier. Deckchairs.

- Parking space on the property, gated.

- Direct, independent access to the Holiday cottage.
