L'Arcolan

a cosy, peaceful nest for a successful vacation, without the need for a car!

On the first floor, there's a very pleasant living room/kitchen. The kitchen is brand new and very well equipped (fridge, induction hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, etc.).
The living room has a sofa with TV, DVD player (and DVDs available) and hi-fi system. Board games are also available.
A bathroom with Italian shower, separate WC and washing machine.


Upstairs are the bedrooms: a first "master bedroom" with a double bed, a small sofa and the necessary storage space, and a second bedroom with a double bed and a pull-out bed for children.
A quiet terrace lets you enjoy the sunshine and take your meals outside. An electric barbecue is also available.
The house is equipped with air conditioning and WIFI.
A range of baby equipment is available, including a cot, playpen and high chair. A barrier is installed at the top of the stairs to prevent falls.

A deposit of 500€ is required on arrival (an additional deposit of 60€ is required for guests who do not book the cleaning option).

Tourist attractions :

Enjoy the beaches of Valras and its water sports, about 1 kilometer from the accommodation.
Nearby, the town of Agde welcomes you for festive evenings, or discover the port of Marseillan on the shores of the Etang de Thau. A tasting of shellfish and local wines is a must!
Just a few kilometers from Valras, don't miss the Fonséranes locks south of Béziers on a bike ride along the Canal du Midi.
Stroll through the medieval streets of Pézenas, the town of Molière.
Further east, the Gruissan salt marshes offer a pleasant interlude.
