The "L'Amandier" gîte comprises a living room opening onto a fully-equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, appliances, etc.), a first double bedroom with a 160cm bed and large closet, a shower room and a separate toilet. A second bedroom with two single beds is located upstairs.
Make the most of the sunny days with a private terrace featuring garden furniture, sun loungers, barbecue and the large garden and pool area shared by the 2 gîtes (open from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m.).
Private parking inside the property and bicycle shed with electricity.
Tennis court available in the residence a few meters away.
Household linen and towels included in the price.
Tourist attractions: Fonseranes locks / 5 km from Béziers along the Canal du Midi / Bayssan stage with games for children / Bayssan nights in July / sports trail and vineyard walks / Beaches 12 km away, Béziers, ENSERUNE oppidum, LE CAP D'AGDE, AGDE, SETE, NARBONNE, ABBAYE DE FONTCAUDE (near CAZEDARNES), Monts du Caroux.

Très bon accueil des propriétaires. Gîte, terrasse et piscine très propres et bien équipés qui permettent de profiter au mieux d'un environnement calme et paisible. Les activités restent possibles à Béziers et alentours (commerces, visites, balades, sports, plage ...). Description tout à fait conforme aux informations affichées sur le site.
A recommander pour couple ou famille qui souhaitent profiter sereinement de la région.

We had an amazing time in the gite, thanks for having you in the house! It is super-well equipped and could cater for all our needs during our holiday with two kids. The pool was clearly a favourite with the children, we enjoyed the calm and serene location of the house, perfect place for a relaxing stay, but still close to many attractions and the beach.
The owners are very nice and friendly, they are available to share their knowledge of the area and recommendations to visit.

Cécile Excellent séjour mi juillet dans l'agréable gîte l'Amandier , aménagé et décoré avec goût, un très beau jardin et une belle piscine nous ont permis de passer de bons moments. Merci beaucoup à nos hôtes pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse .

Marije Prachtige gite op centrale locatie. In Juli met gezin de gite ‘l'Amandier' gehuurd. Warme ontvangst door de eigenaren. Compleet ingerichte luxe gite. Duidelijke uitleg/instructie van de gite. Prachtig goed onderhouden zwembad. Heerlijke tuin en ruimte genoeg om te zitten. Gite is van alle gemakken voorzien; vaatwasser, airco, wasmachine, etc. Alles super onderhouden en netjes. Veel te zien/doen in de directe omgeving. Kortom een heerlijke tijd gehad in een prachtige gite.
