The villa features a large, bright and spacious living/dining room with a fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen with all modern amenities such as dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, etc.
On the first floor, you'll find two master bedrooms (160x190cm beds), each with its own private bathroom, including one with shower and bath. On the second floor, you'll find two further double bedrooms (beds 140x190cm) and one bedroom with two single beds (beds 90x190cm), plus a large shower room that's been completely refurbished.
Every room in the villa has direct access to the outside.

The villa's exterior is equally impressive, with a large private swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers and parasols for relaxing in the sun. The vast 8700m2 landscaped walled garden with trees and flowers is the ideal place to enjoy nature. Here you'll find a covered terrace with tables and chairs for alfresco dining, as well as a barbecue for grilling with family or friends.

The villa is equipped with all amenities, including TV, free Wi-Fi and a washing machine. It's also close to several restaurants, bars, stores and other local attractions, so you can make the most of your vacation.
