In the heart of the small village of Cazouls-d'Hérault, you'll enjoy a privileged Location to discover the Hérault's heritage and nature. Just five minutes away, Pézenas reveals its narrow streets steeped in history, its craftsmen's workshops and the heritage of Molière that gives the city its character. Further afield, you'll have easy access to the long beaches of Cap d'Agde or Marseillan, as well as to remarkable sites such as the Canal du Midi and the volcanic landscapes of Lake Salagou, perfect for outdoor escapades. Carole and Gilbert welcome you to Villa Rose, where you'll find 2 air-conditioned Holiday cottages as well as the owners' house.
The first-floor Holiday cottage "Le Grenache" offers 70 m² of air-conditioned space, carefully furnished for your comfort. The living room opens onto a fully-equipped kitchen, creating a convivial place to share meals or relax after a day's exploring. Two bedrooms are available: - Master suite: 1 double bed, with en-suite bathroom.
- Bedroom: 2 single beds, and a 2nd bathroom with toilet. The gîte is designed for four people, with the possibility of an extra bed in the living room on request from the owner. Outside, you'll enjoy a private terrace for outdoor meals, a pleasant patio area and a swimming pool (13x7m) shared with just one other accommodation, ideal for relaxing moments on fine summer days.
Bed linen and towels at €70, please consult the owner. Air conditioning is included with a maximum daily consumption of 5 kW/h; any excess is charged at €1 per additional kW/h. The Holiday cottage Le Grenache can be rented with Cinsault 34G6802 , for a capacity of 8 people.

Les propriétaires sont très accueillants.Toutes les explications nécessaires nous ont été fournies durant la visite du gîte afin de rendre notre séjour agréable. Une très belle piscine nous a permis des moments de détente très reposants. Le ciel bleu, le soleil et la chaleur sont venus parfaire nos vacances.

Nous sommes restés 2 semaines en été dans ce gite pour un séjour en famille.
Le gite est grand et très propre, l'équipement du gite nous a fait nous sentir comme à la maison. La piscine est incroyable et l'environnement est très calme. Gilbert et Carole ont été des hôtes discrets et prévenants ; nous avons pu profiter de leurs conseils pour nos visites. Nous reviendrons surement !- Cleanliness

Caroline et Yvan En tout point parfait, la piscine est grande, nous avons eu la chance d'être avec des voisins de gîte charmants donc aucun soucis à partager la piscine et de toute façon, il y a largement la place pour que chacun ait son espace. Le gîte est très confortable avec une belle et spacieuse pièce de vie, rien ne manque.
C'est très calme et bien situé, loin du monde et à proximité de beaucoup de chose, la ville de Pezenas toute proche, la plage à 25min, les gorges de l'Hérault avec Saint Guilheme le désert pas loin, les gorges d'Héric, le cirque de Navacelles et tout ça moins surpeuplé que la plage.
Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et accueillant.
