Beautiful winegrower's house of 300m², ideally situated between land and sea, in the small village of Cazouls d'Hérault at 5min from Pézenas.

Carole and Gilbert welcome you to the Villa Rose, where you will find 2 gîtes as well as the owners' house.

The gîte "Le Grenache" of 70m² is located on the 1st floor and includes a living room open on the equipped kitchen. A master suite with 1 double bed and its private bathroom, a bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom with toilet.

Possibility of an extra person with an extra bed in the living room: please consult the owner for the supplement.

You will be abble to enjoy the outside space with : private terrace, common swimming pool and patio space.

Bed linen and towels package for 60€, please consult the owner.

TOURIST ATTRACTIONS : Pézenas, city of art and history, beaches (Cap d'Agde, Marseillan Plage...), Béziers, Canal du Midi, Lac du Salagou, Saint-Guilhem-le-Désert.

To ensure peace and quiet, the establishment is not suitable for parties.

    Gite spacieux, terrasse ombragée pour ceux qui n'aiment pas le soleil, piscine pour les autres, accueil sympa (avec le rosé bien frais en prime). Seul petit bémol, l'ado de service a trouvé le wifi lent, mon on ne va pas se gâcher le plaisir de mettre 5 étoiles.
